Today is my official Day 1 of Detox! I am going to start fresh with eating, get my exercise in and kick this in the butt! I have been doing ok, but I think if I do it 100% right I will get this last flippen 10 lbs off and reach my goal. According to the Wii Fit I need to lose 20+ lbs to be at the right weight for my height, but I am not sure how I will look with losing another 20 lbs, so we will see...I want to be healthy, but also look healthy. I once weighed about 135 and I looked sick, everyone thought I was on drugs so we will see what happens. Once I hit my goal of 145 I am going to concentrate on toning and get my butt looking good! So I guess wish me luck, so far so good with day 1, but it is very early! LOL!

Breakfast~Yogurt
Snack~6oz. smoothie
Lunch~salad with 1 tsp of Fat Free Catalina Dressing
Snack~carrots & Celery
Dinner~salad with 1 tsp of Fat Free Catalina Dressing

OK have a question to start off...what do you guys suggest that I record when I record my exercise for the Wii? I recorded it as something to do with home exercise, but only burned like 300 calories and I am sure that I did more then that, anyhow, I pushed myself last night and I think I did great! I did the Wii fit for 1:11....I kicked booty on a lot of the challenges and I have opened pretty much all the exercises..now I need to work on increasing my reps. I was down on both my BMI and my weight, not a lot, but it is going down and that makes me very proud of myself! I did pretty good on eating with the exception of dinner, I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat..I know that is bad, but oh well I guess. I guess I am just on a mission to get this weight off and keep it off! Eating is going to be tough today as I have a meeting to go to at 11:00, they will provide lunch and it is a buffet of sandwich stuff, so I will do my best, I hope that there is salad, veggie or fruit so that I can stick with it. Then after work we are going to a retirement party for a co-worker, so not sure how dinner will go...but I am going to push myself to be good and not over due it!! Wishing you all the best!
