Completed my 16 hour fast. Did not walk today took a break, I have AMD in my left eye and had to get my eye injection today. Normally I still walk but it’s really bothering me today and I had other things going on. The sweet potato muffins turned out really well and taste great, the recipe called for two bananas as well, so it had a great flavor.

Completed 16 hour fast. Made blueberry pancakes with ground whole
oatmeal, ground flaxseed meal, egg whites , pure vanilla extract, baking powder, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, sweetener and nut blend flower, it did not hold together. Turned out scrambled. I ate it anyway, it did not taste bad, but I would not use the nut flour again. Just finished half my walk (4400 steps). Going to make a sweet potato protein smoothie with 1/4 cup, when I get home. I steamed a couple of sweet potatoes last night, so they would be cold and want to make sweet potato muffins, with a cup of the sweet potatoes. I hope it taste good. I will add a cup of organic spinach, tbs of ground flaxseed meal and kale mix and a cup of unsweetened almond and coconut milk. The sweet potato smoothie was very good! Walked 4.8 miles today. Baked the muffins, but don’t get to try until tomorrow after 11am. Hope they taste ok. They don’t look like the picture?

Forgot to log yesterday’s journal entry. Completed 16 hour fast today. I find I get better at not wanting anything during the fasting time and not wanting to snack between non fasting time. I only walked about 3 miles today, about 2,000 steps short of my goal.

Finished 16 hour fast. Stayed within calorie goal today , but not spot on for all macros. Just finished evening walk, and did over almost 13,000 steps in for the day.(5.8 miles). This does not include the steps I get at home. There from my morning walk and evening walk only.
