Feel good today. Walked to Wawa’s for coffee. That gave me most of my steps, going to park to get another 3,000 steps around 6pm. Got 14,000 steps in today. 🤤 Going to wait until next Monday to weigh in again.

My scale says I gained two pounds, I have not cheated on my diet, so has to be another reason.

Did not do my walk today. My husband was a little under the weather from getting his 2nd COVID-19 vaccine. He running a low temp today and feels crappy. Could have gone alone, but I sit this one out today. Started my fast at 7pm.

I’m so happy I lost a pound after days of no loss. I think the extra walking and fasting is working. My husband goes to get his 2nd COVID-19 vaccine today, now we are both vaccinated. I hope if we catch that crap now, we won’t die from it. I feel so bad for the families that suffered the loss of a loved ones from this horrible illness, and the suffering that family member went through before they died. I pray God removes this with love through the blessing of science.

I did my walk late today, my husband had jury court selection, which was from 8am until around 1pm. I went to court with him, thinking he would be done in a couple of hours at the most. My day is really behind now. Finished up some wash. Will fix my dinner and start my fast at 6pm. Went ,for evening walk today’s total 5.7 miles.
