2nd entry today...
I have had the biggest sugar cravings all day today! Normally I would NEVER eat so much crap. I ate more calories than I burned, which is a first since I started logging all my food.
I feel so disgusting and disappointed in myself.
I really wonder if stress can cause you to have stronger cravings. I've kinda always thought of that as a very good excuse, but today my sister had a miscarriage and I have been depressed and sad about it. :'( I was so excited and happy for her when she was pregnant and it was very shocking when she lost it.
But I'm not blaming it on stress. I need to just say "NO" and leaving that junk out of my mouth.

Well...if you're sick of staying on the same weight I guess there is always gaining. I was thinking of going DOWN though when I wanted the scale to change.

I changed my goal weight to 175. I like what K8yk said about just doing 5 pounds at a time. I'm not going to say that I want to get to to a certain weight that is like 50 pounds away, everytime I look at the chart it is quite intimidating actually.
So now, new goal weight! I will change it when I reach it, that is if I don't stay at 180.5 for the rest of my life. JK
I am going to start logging the water that I drink. I'll try anyway. I probably only drink 16-20 oz of actual water a day, and I definitely need more so maybe if I log it I will remember to drink more.

I went to Phoenix yesterday with my brother to get some stuff for his shop. It's about a 6-7 hour drive. I ate at Wendy's for lunch, and I have decided that even though I really am not what you would call a healthy person, I don't like fast food very much. I got some boneless wings, I can't remember exactly what they were called and I ate a tiny bit and couldn't finish. They made me feel so ill! Most of everything I eat I make at home, so I guess whatever they put in it my body doesn't like.
We ate at In-N-Out for Dinner. I tried one of there Burgers for the first time. I usually only get fries, but It was pretty good.
Then came the fun...when we were about an hour out of Phoenix I realized I had left my purse there! I called to make sure they had it and we drove back. *sigh*
So more driving, last night I really thought my butt was deformed. ;) I got home around 4 AM and slept until about noon.
It was really fun overall though!
