It has been so long since I have been on a treadmill! I did a 30 min workout going between a fast walk and jogging. I feel really good, but I think I will be sore tomorrow.
Something interesting I noticed. Whenever I do any type of exercise my right side is always more sore - and I can feel the strain on it more than the left when I am doing it. When I went snowboarding, same thing. I wonder why?

I was very surprised when I lost this morning! I ate a big dinner and had a piece of cheesecake quite late...I almost feel like I robbed a bank and didn't get caught. (not that I would really know how that feels) =D
I'm amazed at how logging your food makes you think about what you stuff into your mouth. I have been very careful not to go over on my calories, so I actually think twice before gorging on food.

Well...I weighed in even though I didn't want to. Not recording how much I weigh isn't going to change it, so I'll just have to be big (no pun intended) and face it.
"If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got." It really is time for me to completely change my eating habits. I know it wont come fast, I'll have to slowly change myself from a lazy pig to a active, health conscious person. *sighs* anyway...beautiful day.

I weigh more than I ever have in my life right now!!! :( I have been logging all my food faithfully for the last few days and making sure I don't go over my burned calories, but I keep slowly gaining. I don't know what to do!! It is so depressing, I didn't record my weight this morning because I was so pissed. sigh....well no matter what it says tomorrow I will weigh in.
I joined two challenges, I am going to focus on getting some exercise and continue logging all my food. It really helps knowing exactly how many calories you eat every day.
I want to leave fat land forever. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's not happening right now. I feel like a walrus waddling around trying to stay upright. uuuggg!!!
