Puding labu kuning, semua itu cm 278kal aja bisa dapat 28 potongan sedang. Resep: labu kuning dikukus dihaluskan pake garpu, sweetener sesuai selera, 1 bungkus agar2 swallow plain, fiber creme 1/2 bungkus kecil. Cara masak seperti masak agar2 biasanya.

Ubi jalar di panggang. Kalori per 100gram nya 86kal. Ditaburi paprika bubuk dan garam less natrium. Variasi masak sehat yg rekkmended buat dicoba. Sarapan sy sebelum WO.
