Well just back from overseas, never get to update on my fs recently. So yea i went to my aunt funeral and helping up my cousin prepare a lot of things, been really busy all week and here i am back to reality. Back to square one, here we go and continue on my diet and losing weight journey. GL guys and keep it up for those who are continue fighting. Cheers!

FOr day 7, which is my last day of my diet plan. I go for vegetables and fruit juice along with cup of rice for lunch. Hoping of cutting some weight for the last day of detox and continue restarting my diet plan again for tomorrow. will put up my new weight up later. Let's keep going guys and keep it going. all the best guys ^_^

For day 6 my meal will be vegetables and a cup of rice through out the day. i took 8 to 12 glasses of water and stick on to veggies the whole day. So yea, as usual steam broccoli and carrot for today diet, plus i added with some seaweed soup to go along with the rice for lunch. :)

Today for day 5, My meal will be filled with tomatoes and a cup of rice. I took about 7 to 10 tomatoes through out the day because it produce a lot of uric acid in our body. Well for breakfast i ate 4 tomatoes, for lunch i ate 2 tomatoes and a cup of rice, for dinner i ate 4 tomatoes. well i did ate my Epa-Dha omega 3 supplement for this whole diet plan too and for today diet i need drink atleast 8 to 12 glasses of water. Two more days to go and will see how is the result ^_^ all the best guys!

As for today on day 4, my diet will be on banana and milk diet. I took 6 to 8 bananas throughout the day and 3 glasses of milk. I divide them properly as i took a banana and glass of milk in the morning and took 2 more bananas between my lunch. As for lunch i ate 2 bananas and a glass of milk. For dinner i ate 2 bananas and a glass of milk. That all for today menu :)
Today i went to see my doctor and i was told to cut my weight down and drink less water because i told my doc that i use to drink a lot of water. So i have to plan my water intake too and not more than 6-8 cup of water. My doc did told me that i might get diabetes due to my family history. so yea i have to work this up hard.
