There Goes after a year of bring myself down to earth, after my late mum pass on and here i'm. i'm back to restart all over again, trying to lose as much as i can. come on people we can lose lose it :D Oh gosh!! i know it's hard sometime, but we have to lose to live and we are not getting younger each day. preparing my food intake calender done. o.k here we go. starting from now. ~Peace~

today at 7am i had 2 kind of fruit for my breakfast. At around 9am i went out for walk a jog for 3hrs and now i just done my 50 crunches. so i hope to lose some weight as soon as posible.
