I hope I'm not screwing up... I have been being so good on Atkins and I lost 10 pounds the first week but then the 2nd week only 2 and I am 3 days into the 3rd week and haven't lost any more. Today I splurged. I had Quesadillas, rice and beans but I only drank water. Then I went to Sonic and got a Mocha Java Chiller. I was so full though that I only had maybe 1/4 of it and gave it to a friend. I'm going to keep doing low carb but I am going to try and watch calories too and not be too strict on myself.

Starting over - again. I guess I'm a yo yo dieter. I have got to stick with it this time. :(

And I start all over again. So sick of this cycle.. So I've gained 30 pounds in 5 months. Time to take it off again and then some. I'm in a wedding in about 4 months so I want to lose and tone as much as possible. :)

Didn't lose any weight yesterday. So I am waiting before to weigh in again. I probably didn't drink enough water either. Today was day 3 of the Insanity Program and I am SORE! My calves and my butt mostly. My friend is saying her stomach so maybe I am not concentrating on my core like I should. Following Atkins has been easy for me. Every now and then I want something I shouldnt have but I get thru it. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Monday... UGH! It would be a whole lot better if I didn't have to go to work. LOL Actually I love my job but I have an accounting issue I need to straighten out that is stressing me. Have a good day everyone!
