Okay, so today is the day. I am officially back on South Beach Phase One (SBP1). I already feel so much better, after a week of eating like TOTAL CRAP! Rewarded my start, to get me off on the right foot, with a bouquet of roses from the market :) Need to learn to reward myself with something other than food!

Well, here it goes! I started Phase One 3 weeks ago and was on the losing track going from 144 to 138.5 lbs...but then the stress hit with my 30th birthday, no celebration, instability with another possible transatlantic move, etc. etc. Always excuses, but regardless, I started back in on the chips, and chocolate, then wine, and pasta...chinese food, greasy greek etc.
Then I discovered this website! I think it is exactly what I need! Support, visual guides, recipes, etc!! Looks fantastic!
So here I go, back on phase 1 starting Monday. Not sure if I'll do it for a week or two considering I should be well into phase 2 by now. I don't want to just rely on phase 1 forever, I'll get bored and give up.
I noticed the member posting before pictures! Talk about motivation, I think that is fantastic! I'll consider doing that tomorrow...or at least take measurements, lol!!
