Well, I've been feeling somewhat better the past few days and treating myself with plenty of sleep and only the most nutritionally beneficial foods. Whether due to that, or having less of an appetite in general, but I'm on the down-swing again! Nearly back to my pre-Christmas weight, lol!
In a few weeks is my one-year diet anniversary! I had told myself that I wanted to lose 100 lbs in one year, but looks like I'll be about 10 lbs from that goal. I feel somewhat bummed about that, but also proud...this time last year I wouldn't have been able to imagine myself 90 lbs smaller!! :)

Fighting off a nasty sickness for the past few weeks...finally realizing that I need to go to the doctor since it's not going away on its own. Please don't be mono, please don't be mono.... anyway, no dieting at all recently since I haven't felt well. As soon as this is sorted, I'm back on it! It feels like I'm letting myself and all my fatsecret buddies down by letting myself gain weight back :( :(
