smoga dimampukan untuk punya ini di rumah.. dan suatu hari bisa punya tempat gym yg khusus untuk perempuan.. aamiin..

3 hari makan bar2.. asupan kalori 2500an/hari ga karu2an, smua hidangan dihuapkeun😁 berat naik.. tapi persentasi lemak turun jadi 20.8 .. 😂 udahan liburannya.. back on track 🤗semangat.. happy friday🙏🙆

kalo ada yg nanya.. mau sampe kapan diet? jawabannya ya SEUMUR HIDUP.. (Dietary = makanan, diet = makan)
no diet = no makan..
ya bisa mati atuh🤔🙄
