YAAAAYY!!! Im in the wonderful Americas with my familia :) LONG FLIGHT!! Filled with junk food!!! I tried not to eat too bad...but I didnt feel that bad considering I had a hard core work out in the morning. At the airport I ran up all the stairs and power walked! Have I taken this too far??! I just want to balance the good with the bad....as much as I can :)
Anyhu....Im super jet lagged! Its 3am london time and 8pm here so I feel really weird. I want to sleep...but cant. I plan to keep going to the gym when I can...and eat right....as much as I can :)
Happy days!
P.S. I plan to stay up to date on fatsecret even whilst im here...it'll stop me from going off track. I even recorded what I eat on the flight!
Ok Im too tired...neeeeed to sleeeeeeep

Ok, so I've been a little naughty on my eating recently.... giving in to tempting choclate and deserts!! But Im still working out hard and keeping cals low.
Im getting on a LONG 10hr flight to visit family for 2week tomorrow! :) its almost 2am now....finished packing...Im going to catch some ZZZ's wake up at 6am for the gym and hopfully make it back in time to shower get my bags and go to the airport for 11am!! :)

Another great fitbox day! Great work out then walked half way to hair salon and got my hair done :) Feeling weirdly positive! I had to grab some lunch and went to subway (I actually hate this place..I think its unfresh food!) But I hadnt eaten and was getting really hungry! So i got half a tuna sub. Wasnt too unhealthy...but definitely too much fat! Ahh well..as long as Im within my 1300 per day...its not the end of the world! :)
I had a major turning point today. I got a 200Kcal bad of doritos...as a treat. Normally I would have eaten maybe two in one go! But I had half and saved half for later. Making it fall into my 100kcal snack rule. For the first time in AGES...i didnt have the urge to BINGE! Im happy and feel like progress is being made...the scales my not be dropping as fast as I wanted to but my body is looking so much better...skin glowing (cause all i drink now is water!) and Food is going well.
Cant wait to go on holiday monday. I'll still be able to blog here and record my food which is good.
