I'm so excited, I lost another 1.5 pounds since Tuesday. I am sticking with my diet and exercising. It seems to be working!

Well I weighed myself this morning and didn't lose any weight but I did stay the same. I didn't really expect to see a change yet because I did lose 1 pound from Monday when I weighed in on Tuesday morning. I'm not sure how often I should be weighing myself. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be appropriate. I have been doing great with my diet and exercise so hopefully I can see some more weight loss by the end of the week :)
