Member of OA now and going to 2 meeting per week and this is a good thing as I need those meetings as they are a great way to get some peace in my head.

Have to weigh myself some time soon as I have been doing well on this Fatsecret, but I am a member of over eater's anonymous and it is more about having a fat problem mentally than physically. I am working on the mental.

Good Day to enter into my Fat Secret to see how many calories I am eating. Member of Overeater's Anonymous and it is good to list out the food eaten to make sure I am not over eating

This whole family holiday thing and me being in Iowa and my family in California is driving me crazy and is hard on my diet. Plus I had cataract surgery and that was hard on my diet and I started a new job. But losing weight is never easy.
