Wow, I really got off track.

Taking care of my 2 year old and my sick mother has really made it easy for me to allow myself to just eat anything I want.
I haven't put the time and effort into taking care of myself lately.

My mother is dying from the horrible big "C" and watching her it puts life and death in your face. I want to be around to enjoy my baby girl and have a LONG full life with her. So I am taking charge of my weight and making time for me.

This is the time where I WIN again for me!

Ok so I didn't do to great with it being the Holiday weekend and all. I blew my diet 4 out of 7 days so saying all that and only being up .2 of a pound! I am OK with that and back to the grind this week!!
