My name is Shelly and I am 38 years old.

About 6 years ago I lost 65lbs on Weight Watchers. I went from 186 lbs to 121 lb's. I am only 5'2.5" so it is really important that I keep a low weight.

I Just had a baby girl on April 1st and I am starting the process of losing the baby weight. I am nursing so I am not trying to do anything drastic right now, but I am ready to get this weight gone. I went up to 175 lbs while I was pregnant but now 3 weeks later I am 159. I have kind of leveled off here so I need to find a balance between eating good for nursing and losing weight. I figured it was time to come back to FatSecret.
