Welcome back, MK! I took a weightloss hiatus because i was thinking of food all the time and it was not working for me at a subconscious level.
This is important but not as important as my mental wellbeing.

Kinda bummed that the scale this morning showed I gained. I was surprised yesterday though with such a significant loss. I was thinking it was not to healthy to loose that fast. I am using this site for everything, reporting honestly and in full, so I am hoping to continue to lose at least 3 lbs a week. If that goal is met, then I believe the weight will stay off for good.
I am also doing weight training when I workout so, that may add some lean poundage...though this burns more calories and makes us look toned so...who cares about the numbers on the scale when you look great, right?
One or the other...preferably both!

I would really like to be comfortable in all of my clothes...especially anything red or colored. I look good in black, but every time I do laundry I realize how boring my clothes are...RED is the biggest challenge for me, though it could be my power color. Working for this freedom.
