My brain doesn't function on Atkins.. so a new diet with more carbs is for me. I'm going to try and keep my carbs to 100-120 grams per day. More if I excercised. 1,921 calories to maintain, 1,421 calories to lose 1 lb a week.

Weight remains unchanged... my brain power has felt lacking over the last few days and with my cpa exam coming up next Wednesday I've decided to up my carb in take to HEALTH carbs only, keeping my carbs below 150g until after my exam. I'm not sure if Atkins is right for me because I feel like it is really affecting my power to think.. and since carbs are the only food that your brain can use for energy, I'm linking these two things together. I don't expect to gain back the weight I have already lost, in fact I expect to continue losing weight as I enter more vigorous exercising into the daily regimen.
