Slow but sure, balik ke kalori 1600/hari, krn sblumnya kurang dr 700 kal dan gak baik klo dijalanin long term, jd 3 hari aja pas exercisenya dikurangin ato pas rest day. Biar tetep sehat dan gak malnutrition. Kurus nggak mesti masuk rumah sakit gara2 diet. Diet itu menjaga pola makan sehat bukan ngejauhin makanan, bukan ngurangin makan tp ngejaga nafsu makan. Kalo laper makan aja, tp pilih makanannya yg lebih sehat. 😊😊💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏻🥗🥗🥗
