Well goods news and bad news. Last week we had a friend for dinner a couple of times while her husband was away. She brought dessert! Despite us saying we were on a diet. Then on Friday I went away for an over night stay to celebrate my 47th birthday and whilst I didn't go mad I also ate what I wanted. No walking the dogs and no mile walk in my lunch break for a week either! So 1.75 lbs really is better than I expected. Thought I would get back on track today and my team gave me a box of chocolates for my brithday! aarrggghh I'm really not fussed on chocolates at all but they insisted I opened them. I'll get there. Mile walk at lunch time completed.
