Setelah turun kurang lebih 2kg, bb naik skiloan, gak perlu panik karna ini biasa. Ntar juga turun lagi pelan2. Gak perlu lantas brenti karna mikir diet gak berhasil, but keep enjoy the hard work and have fun with the wo. Karena yg begini biasanya bikin orang nyerah, padahal ini adalah tanda bahwa dietnya berhasil.
