well, I only lost one LB this week, but I think thats ok- at least I'm losing, right? I would love to have another 4 lb week, but that was my first week and I know it doesn't work like that.

oh well- losing a LB is better than gaining a LB, and if I look at it that way, it's almost like I lost 2!!!!
120.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
