Dissapointing to say the least :-(
85 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your body probably going through a shock and sometimes you will gain wait in the beginning due to water retention and various reasons. Wait at least 3 weeks to see a result

Don't lose focus on the reason you are wanting to lose weight. Literally keep your eye on the prize. You will have crappy days, but then you will have more fabulous days!

Do you track Carbs and Calories? Stay beyond 30 carbs to ease into Woe then cut to 20 per day. Drink lots of water!!! To much protein also not good. Women generally dont do good with a lot of milk, jogurt, cheese and cream. Cut for 1 week and see if there is a difference. If week 1 was a disaster I seriously think somewhere you did something wrong-unless you aim to lose weight gradually...like 2kg a month. I always start with: 100g veggies, palmsize meat(or 100 -120g meat 2x a day) Eggs for brekkie and add butter to all of above. Weigh food in beginning...you will be surprised by weightloss if you do above untill you truly understand portion sizes . I always succeed with above guidelines. I have lost 32kg in 4 months many moons ago. Weight fluctuates only by 5kg over a 18month period...then I change Woe again to keep it down. Hope this helps!

Calibrate your scale! That thing can be demonic I tell you. Use an unopened bag of rice of washing powder. I agree with Staanmyby on checking portions. Matchsize box for cheese, half a cup is usually a serving size for most food groups or another way is to use a medium sized plate as your guide. Half of the plate must be green&red, the remaining half carbs & meat. Since you're cutting carbs you'd probably increase your veges. Exercise can have the opposite effect at first due to muscles retaining water, this is a good thing as the body needs to stay hydrated. Finally try to relax, stress is not good for weight loss

i have changed my plate size to just bigger than a side plate but smaller than a dinner plate and found i am loosing....slow but i am getting there...baby steps...but happy non the less. As long as i loose this weight by the time summer starts.....So hang in there and allow yourself a cheat day but don't go overboard......drink plenty of water i find it helps me.....i unfortunately get limited time to exercise, i am extremely busy at work so when i get home i am flat. I do plenty of walking at work though.....my point is just keep going...you will get to your goal weight...have a great weekend all
