First watch the nuts Ive heard and seen for myself that the nuts seem to be the biggest problem with everyone. A cup of milk Id hardly consider a snank try adding some egg whites with your two eggs in morning, munch on celery sticks with cream cheese or pen.butter, You do have alot of cheese which is ok for the diet but may not be for you try cutting some out. Your really not eating all that much it just seems that way, Eating less won't help you because your body needs food. Just eat more of the good foods. If you stick with it and adjust alittle Iam sure you see it drop.

I agree with anicolet, munch on some more veggies to help you stay filled up. In looking at your menu, it doesn't look like you're eating all that many veggies. Maybe add a salad with lunch, and definetly eat something solid for a snack in the afternoon. Also, try to find something for a desert. I try to eat a desert about 1 hr after dinner so that I don't feel like snacking before bed. Try SF jello with cool whip lite or a SF fudgecicle. (Honest, both of these deserts taste just like the real thing. Personally i can't stand the ricotta creme deserts from the book!)

Nuts have been a major culprit of slower weight loss for me. I would also try adding a salad with your lunch or dinner. You can eat quite a big salad that will help to keep you full & it will not add too many calories.

Thanks! I realized too that the chicken sausages were probably not good even though they are chicken. And I need to cut back on sodium which is probably helping me hold onto water. :) I am revamping today. I think I will be in P1 for a month just trying to tweak the diet to work for me.
