I didn't do to well last week. I have been feeling pretty sluggish. I went out of town on Friday and partied all weekend. I consumed SEVERAL beers at my Birthday party and ate what I wanted all Memorial day weekend including today. I feel pretty terrible right now and I plan on getting up early having a great healthy breakfast then hitting the gym. I am looking forward to starting to feel like my new healthy self again. I just ordered two biggest loser exercise DVD's and I am excited for them to get here. They both say they will deliver great results so I will keep you posted. Turning 30 was great and I can't wait to see how I will look when i turn 31. Healthy here I come.
