Did not count any calories over the weekend... and this morning the scale showed it..sigh
74.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m sure that also has a lot to do with water retention due to high salt levels in the unhealthier foods ❤️ maybe weigh again halfway through the week. I’m sure you’ll be surprised how quickly it goes back down x
