well, another fall, another do-over. lost a couple of pounds over the summer by default, but not really trying hard. It is the first monday in September now, a new season and time to try again. I have just shopped, so have all the fruits and veggies I need. I have a couple of new relaxing cds to help with the cortisol levels and have a scheduled eating plan in place to help with the snacking. Here goes!
