Blondi143, I have never heard of the wonderdieet... But 28days works! It is very strict and funny combinations but worth every ons of those days! The FB support group also helps a lot! Full of ideas and inspiration!

Well done Nicolene. Tried it for four days, lost 2kg and fell off the wagon but have kept the weight off. Starting again from 12 November. I would just like to be able to complete one 28 day cycle. Well done!
