I haven't been focusing on my diet consistently in the last month. The time excuse comes to mind, no time to eat right. Heard that one before. Glad to be back, eating healthier and added walking to my daily routine. I am sure I gained more than 3 pounds since my last weigh in. I just lost a few pounds since getting back on track....
