I had a great week. It is easier and easier now to stick with this new life style. I did very well with my exercise. I the only day I didn't work out was Wednesday. I did notice on Thursday I felt very sluggish and I couldn't wait to get to the gym again. I am so happy with the results I am getting. I feel like I am not even trying and the weight just keeps melting off. I have started to change the way I speak about my journey. Instead of saying "If I get there." I am saying "WHEN I get there." I really hope that my new lease on life will run off to my family. I don't want to be preachy I just really want everyone to feel as amazing as I do. My body is changing and I now have more energy to do a lot more in life. New goal now is to get out of the 220's. i am only 20 lbs away from my wedding day weight. I can't believe how fast this is going. I really feel great.
