What a great day! Made new personal bests yesterday on both mile and on 5K times and now I'm down another half pound. Just have to keep it up! AND orange to YELLOW! WOOHOO
56.5 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
