I was suprised when I got on the scale tonight. I was not expecting a weight loss. I had a pretty terrible week as far as my eating goes. I ate what I wanted almost all week and I didn't go to the gym once. I am feeling like a failure right now. I am not sure why I am doing this. Maybe I am just getting comfortable. I brought my gym clothes with me to work and I plan to take a spin class when I get off. I feel like that will be a great start to my week. My goal for this week is to go to the gym at least 4 days. I am also hoping to drop 3 lbs. I feel ready again to get back on track.
102.6 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
