OK, back on track after gaining 13 pounds last year, two strokes induced by overuse of flushes and water pills that almost depleted my system of water and potassium. I started weight watchers 5 weeks ago and have lost 10.4 pounds. I follow it all the way and am learning how to eat again. Food is fun and you can eat real food.
