yeah.... ga sia2 olah raga 12hari.... tetep makan nasi dengan tema2nya hanya porsi dikurangi sedikit2....
74 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 26 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.7 kg a Week

Makannya biasa cuma porsinya dikurangi dikit.... yg luar biasa olahraganya dari hari pertama 20m tambah terus sampe hari ke12 50m... langsung drop.... sakit....😓😓😓
