After sorting out my Stone to Kilograms and putting in the correct info we are back on track...
So what to eat today hmmm going to be a little difficult today as working in London and missed breakfast and probably miss lunch 😪 this is the problem with my job.

I understand as used to be an HGV driver where exercising and having healthy food isnt always easy. But, I was told recently that it doesn't actually matter what time of the day you eat, its the calories for the day that is important.

My total today 4 cups of tea and 6 bits of gum about 64 cals!!!!
But I know last week I would get home and eat and eat and eat ... slice of bread as I am cooking dinner a bottle of beer or wine .... Chips when everyone has gone to bed ....
Not anymore !!!
Need to make time to eat probably

Definitely, but even if you do just have one big meal, just a few changes to it can make all the difference, I still eat bread for example, though not as much, but if I do, I don't bother with any marg at all and use something lower calorie for taste like low fat mayo, mustard or even marmite. I definitely have cut down on the chips, as now i have fish and mushy peas without chips so you are still almost having what you used to have, but in a healthier way.
