So day 3 and Been told off for not eating enough calories (that’s a first) also day 3 and no alcohol !!! Was going to say that’s another first but makes me sound bad 🤣
It’s a real eye opener when you see how many calories stuff you would normally eat is.... and you would have two sometimes three and not think twice !!
