Day5 interesting... have struggled to hit my Daily cals and to start my weight dropped off and now I have put 2lb back on yet not eaten anything more in fact a lot less that normal ...
Guessing body thinks there is a problem and gone into hold onto it mode ...
Ohh well get past the weekend (could be a weak point lol ) roll on next week
