Well that’s week one done .... managed to not put anything on over the weekend and that’s the point all my weight loss goes a little hmmm wrong !!!

So a slow yet in the right direction loss yesss
105.7 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
