Slow and steady :)

Bought a 60s-style mod dress a few days ago. Can't wait to have an excuse to wear it somewhere!

84.9 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg. Still to go: 12.3 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
