Started a Vegan lifestyle change on 29/07/2019. In 4 days i lost 1.2Kg and i had a vegan burger and pasta this week. So excited for this journey.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
