My weight loss seems to have evened out, now - which is both relieving (I'm losing weight at a safer speed), and disappointing (rapid weight loss can be quite exciting while it's happening, so long as it's not due to illness, etc).
139.0 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 39.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
