10/11攝取熱量大約1530大卡,但走路走了快四個小時,趁連假有空跑去離家很遠的地方辦事,順便去附近的巢穴抓寶可夢,活動量大增超累的,也只是小降100g,以我的情形看來似乎多增加活動量對減重的幫助還不如吃對東西&睡好睡飽。🤷🏻♂️
