I have GOT to get a grip on what I'm eating. MUST limit my carbs and sugars for sure. With the exception of the carbs from fruits and veggies.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 42.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
