terakhir makan hari Minggu kemarin jam 8 malem dan hari ini mencoba 48 jam water fast. kemaren sempet weight lifting 1 jam dan berhasil juga 24 jam tanpa makan . not bad lah.
77 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
