I had a small slice of red velvet cake at 6pm after soooo long. I couldn’t even remember the time i had sweets but today i gave myself a reward for keeping a job well done in terms of having a low carb diet since I started October 2019. I must say that I successfully lost a few kilos and I promise for the coming months that i will be eating healthy foods.
From 68 kg, now i weigh 60!!!
60.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
