I did so well last week and then splurged this weekend at a fancy restaraunt and now I am back up 3lbs!!! UGH!!!! I hate this battle!!

112.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg. Still to go: 21.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 3.7 kg a Week

Believe me I can understand how frustrating that is. I can do so good on the weekdays but those weekends are tough for me also. Hang in there I know you will get back on track.
