I hurt my back in a bad way and was not able to eat cause of the pain for a couple days. So i'm sure this weight will come right back. But I am going to do basic working out until I can fully eat again. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
