this is getting bad! going back to what I did a few years back when I dropped almost 30lbs. 10 is back, don't feel good.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hang in there, it WILL get better! Just refocus & the results will come :) I haven't been very disciplined myself & need to do the same, especiall as eating is concerned - would you like to joi a challenge together? elisa :)
