Things I'm doing Well -
1. So I started yesterday and I was really good. Followed Plan perfectly and it felt great.
2. I'm proud of myself for setting a very specific goal instead of a large difficult one. Oh, I guess I should write it down. :)
Okay, so no numbers involved no "I need to lose x amount of weight by this date..." Simply because it never seems to really work for me. I get frustrated if I have one misstep and feel like I have to start all over again. SO THIS TIME, until a friend's wedding next weekend... I'm not going to drink any alcohol except one glass of wine on Friday and/or one on Saturday. And I'm going to stick to a diet of lean meats, fruit, veg, & whole grains.
I'll admit, it's short. I'm not planning any grand schemes here. But if I lose a few pounds before the wedding and feel great, then I can start it back up with another mini-goal in mind after the wedding. I'm so sick of feeling defeated after I set my goals too high.

1. Nothing! Yesterday was awesome. Just keep it up... :)
